How it works

From audit to results

The same four steps every time, so you always know what happens next.

  1. STEP 01

    Audit

    Week 1 to 2

I crawl your site, read your Search Console data, and study the top 10 competitors for the keywords that make you money.

  2. STEP 02

    Roadmap

    Week 2 to 3

You get a ranked list of fixes and new content, sorted by impact and effort. No 80-page PDF.

  3. STEP 03

    Guide

    Month 1 onward

Your team or agency ships the work. I review it, unblock it and keep priorities straight. Hands-on execution is available if you need it.

  4. STEP 04

    Measure

    Every month

A short report on clicks, leads and revenue from organic search, and what we’re doing next.

Questions clients ask first

Don’t see yours? Bring it to the first call.

How long does SEO take to show results?

Technical fixes can move numbers within weeks. New content and links usually take 3 to 6 months to reach their final positions. You get a monthly report from the start, so you can see what’s moving.

What happens on the first call?

It is a 30-minute video call to see if we are a good fit. We look at your site and your Search Console together, and I tell you the three things I’d fix first. You keep that advice whether we work together or not.

Do you guarantee first-page rankings?

No. Nobody controls Google, and anyone who guarantees a position is guessing. What I guarantee is clear work, a plan you understand, and reporting tied to leads and revenue.

Do you take on every client?

No. I take two new consulting clients a month so each one gets real attention. I say yes when I believe I can move your numbers and the budget fits the work. If we are not a fit, I will tell you on the first call and point you somewhere better.

How much does it cost?

Engagements start at $2,500. Audits and strategy projects are fixed fees. Ongoing advisory is a monthly retainer, offered when there is a clear fit. You get a written quote after the first call, with no surprise extras.

Do you work with clients outside your country?

Yes. I work remotely with clients in different time zones, over email, shared docs and video calls, and adjust meeting times to yours.

Do you do the work, or just advise?

Most engagements start as strategy or advisory: I decide what matters and your team ships it. If you need hands-on help with link building, content or technical fixes, I can run that too.

Can you work with my developer or agency?

Yes. I write tickets developers can act on right away, and I can review your agency's plans and reports so you know what you are paying for.

Let’s get you ranked.

I take on two new consulting clients a month, with engagements from $2,500. Start with a 30-minute call to see if we are a good fit. Either way, you leave with the three fixes that matter most.
